I love the flavor that the oregano and garlic gives to the bread, and the little smell...🤤🤤 and this time I made it with soy beverage instead of water and it gives it a very fluffy touch.😊 ✳ INGREDIENTS ✳ ▪︎ 250gr wholemeal spelt flour. ▪︎ 150ml unsweetened soy beverage. ▪︎ 10gr fresh yeast. ▪︎ 1 teaspoon salt. ▪︎ 30ml of olive oil. ▪︎ 1 tablespoon dried oregano. ▪︎ 1 tablespoon garlic powder. ✳ HOW IS IT MADE? ✳ First we temper the soy beverage with the oil and add the crumbled yeast and let stand for 5 minutes. In a bowl add the flour, salt, oregano and garlic powder. We make a volcano in the center and add the mixture of soy beverage, oil and yeast. Mix very well and finish kneading on the counter with a little oil so that it does not stick. We make a ball and leave it covered, wait 1 hour until it doubles its volume.

After the time we return to knead and give the desired shape to the bread, I did it in a plum cake mold. Let it ferment for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200° and put a bowl of water in it. When it is ready, put the bread in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool. 💚
