Soak the dates for about an hour and then grind them to obtain a kind of cream.

Squeeze the orange and add all the pulp that comes out.

In a bowl or food processor, mix the wet ingredients: orange juice, dates, eggs and oil. We integrate them well.

Add the sifted dry ingredients: baking powder and wholemeal spelt flour. Mix again.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for a while (about one hour).

We put the dough in the molds chosen (do not fill them completely or they will be left over).

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes.
