We take all the ingredients and put them in a bowl. We will mix until we obtain a dough (it will have a sticky texture). Sprinkle some flour on the table and work the dough a little (1 minute). At this moment we cut it to obtain the pieces (I divided it into 4), shape it into a ball and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Heat the frying pan for 3 minutes, add a little oil so that it sticks to us and put the dumplings in it. We will have them over low heat (3/10) and with a lid on the pan for 10 minutes on each side (it is normal for them to increase their volume). When the 20 minutes have passed, we will do 1 minute more on each side with the pan uncovered. Let them cool and ready.
