In the glass of a blender put 1 ripe banana, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of EVOO, 1 teaspoon of date paste (if you want it sweet) and the culín of a glass of water. Blend

In a bowl mix 3 teaspoons of pure cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Add to the mixer bowl with the previous mixture and beat.

Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mold/tupperware dish and top with the walnuts and the chopped chocolate ounce.

Cook in the microwave for 10-15 minutes, being careful not to burn. Remove and place on a plate. You can add toppings such as whipped cream cheese, red fruits, peanut butter... Enjoy!
