FOR THE BASE: - Mix the oat flour with the date paste, the tablespoons of oil and the peanut butter with your hands until it is sandy. - Preheat the air fryer or oven to 200°. - Put baking paper in a 20-22 cm baking pan, greased with a little coconut oil, oil or butter. Pour a little more than half of the base mixture into the mold and form the base by pressing to make it compact. - Bake the base for 10-15 minutes at 200°.

FOR THE FILLING: - Peel and chop the apple into small squares and mix with the cranberries and cinnamon (to taste).

PREPARATION: - Once the base is cooked, take it out and add the filling. - Pour the other part of the base mixture on top until it almost covers the entire surface of the filling. - Cook in the air fryer for 15' at 190°. - When there are 7' left, we can cover it with aluminum foil so that it does not burn on top. Enjoy 🥳
