If we do not have date paste ready, we soak them in hot water and after 10 minutes we remove half of the water and grind it until it becomes a paste.

Cut up the peaches and keep enough peach segments to decorate.

Put the peaches, a glass of milk, a glass of flour, 2 eggs, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and two tablespoons of date paste in a bowl. Grind everything until it is liquid.

Put in a not very high mold, decorate with the peaches that we have saved and put it in the oven at 180 degrees above and below for about 45 minutes or until it comes out clean when pricked. Let it cool and serve.

A scoop of protein powder can be added to give it more protein, but be careful not to make it too sweet. The milk can be substituted with vegetable drink without problem. If desired, it can be painted with unsweetened peach jam to give it a shiny touch.
