We split the pumpkin in two parts, clean it and roast it in the oven for about an hour and a half at 200 degrees.

When the pumpkin is ready, let it cool, remove the pulp and mix the 400 grams of pumpkin, eggs, milk and date paste and beat everything well (you can use the sweetener you want, it does not take much since the pumpkin is sweet).

Add the mixture to a bowl or flan and place it in a baking dish. Add water to the dish to cook it in a bain-marie. Bake it for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator to rest for a day! And enjoy 馃巸馃い.
