It's very simple!! Add your favourite fruits with milk, Greek yogurt, spinach, chia seeds, raisins and oats and put them to blend for some extra healthy calories!! Add a teaspoon of honey if you want it to be sweet:)

I personally don't like peanut butter but if you do I recommend to add a tablespoon in for some extra protein and calories
