Preparaci贸n de la receta

first we cook the brown rice, we start by chopping a garlic with a little EVOO, add the rice, fry it a little and then add double and half of water, about 20 minutes over medium high heat with a pinch of salt.

while our rice is cooking, we chop the other garlic, a quarter of an onion, the mushrooms and the broccoli (previously boiled or not, it depends on taste) and fry it all with a pinch of salt, black pepper and curry (to taste).

Once the rice is ready and we have let it rest, we add it to the rest of the ingredients already saut茅ed.

grill the loin, add salt and pepper, cut it into strips and put it in the pan with everything else.

At this point, we add the soy sauce that gives the touch to the dish as much as we personally like and that's it!
