In a hot frying pan sauté the garlic with the onion and the carrot. When they are a little browned add the zucchini and the peas, cover and let the vegetables poach for a few minutes.

Make a hole in the middle, turn up the heat and add the seasoned minced meat. Stir it until we see that the meat is quite homogeneously cooked and we mix it with the vegetables.

Lower the heat and cover. Stir and in about 10 minutes, when we see that the meat is done, add the tomato. Leave it for about 20 minutes, let the water evaporate until it reaches the consistency we want.
