For the rice with tomato: We put the rice to cook and when we have it we pour the amount in a cup and pour it on a plate. Then, in a frying pan, we put olive oil and when it is hot, we add the tomato with salt, oregano and black pepper.

For the egg: We put coconut oil in the pan (at a temperature of 8 for example) and when it is hot we lower to 5 and put the egg; we put a lid on top of the pan to take advantage of the steam and that the yolk is better.

For the plantain: We cut it in two and grill it with coconut oil; we turn it over and over until it has the texture we want.

The bread: I had it frozen and the recipe is posted on my profile ;)
