The first thing to do is to make the base; the first thing to do is to heat the oven at 40 degrees for 5 minutes. Then in a bowl we put together the oil, warm water and yeast and mix. Add the sifted flour and salt. We put a little flour on the worktop and for 5-7 minutes we knead with our hands until all the flour is absorbed. We put the dough in a bowl (with flour) cover it with a cloth and put it in the oven (OFF) for a minimum of 2 hours to double its size.

The pizza base gave me enough for 2 fairly large balls. The pizza I am showing you gave me enough for 3 people (2 portions for each).

Chop the onion into julienne strips and add it to a frying pan with a little oil until it turns golden brown. Add water to caramelize it without using sugar.

Stretch the dough and put it in the oven to get it crunchy (200 degrees); when we take it out, add on the base the beaten fresh cheese, a little pepper and onion powder, the caramelized onion well distributed and finally the goat cheese medallions.

In my case I split each medallion of goat log in 4 and each slice was for one portion.

We put it in the oven at very high heat for 5-7 minutes with a touch of grill and..... ENJOY! 🤗
