A garlic, a bay leaf, butter and half an onion, over very low heat until transparent.

Add the oyster mushrooms to any mushrooms, and simmer the rice until translucent.

Add salt and a glass of wine. Do not stop stirring.

You can add warm water or vegetable stock and keep stirring for 12 min. Taste. Now add the grated Parmesan 3 more min.

Present it with fresh figs on top. Enjoy!
