Hello!👩🍳 At home there is never a lack of legumes or desire to eat them. In addition, I keep varying the preparations and combinations, so as not to "bore"😜 as this proposal: SAUTED GARBANZO AND BROCOLI WITH CARROT SAUCE. Ingredients: - cooked chickpeas or a jar (washed and drained). - 1 broccoli separated in florets - ½ onion and 2 garlic, 1 large carrot - Salt, oil (AOVE, about 25-30gr) and spices (turmeric, black pepper and cumin for the sauce and garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and parsley for the chickpeas) 1️⃣ On one side steam the broccoli. 2️⃣ On the other hand, make the carrot sauce: chop onion, garlic and carrot very finely and sauté adding the spices. Add a splash of vegetable broth (depending on the desired texture) Whisk until desired consistency. For Thermomix, chop 6 sec/vel.6, add the spices and program 5minutes/varoma/vel. Spoon. Add the broth and blend until desired consistency and texture.

3️⃣ Finally, sauté the chickpeas in a pan brushed with oil and the above-mentioned spices. 4️⃣ All that remains is to assemble the dish: put the chickpeas, the broccoli florets and on top of them, add the carrot sauce. Let's eat!😋 on Instagram @itamari71
