Preparación de la receta

First we are going to prepare the dough. In a bowl mix the chia, rice flour, cinnamon, 15g of date paste and water.

Let it rest for at least 15 minutes so that the chia absorbs part of the water and the dough becomes solid.

Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes. Remove and prick the dough with a fork before adding more ingredients.

Put a layer of pastry cream (recipe in my profile), which should have been made the day before if possible, add the peeled and sliced apple on top and another 20' in the oven again (180ºC).

Let it cool and put it in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy it!
