For the base, grind the walnuts, cashews and dates together to make a paste that we will transfer to a mold. We put it in the freezer

Then we proceed to make the cream. We whip the cream on one side and leave it aside.

In a bowl put the cream cheese, the avocado and the erythritol (it can be substituted with date paste) and mash it all together until it becomes a homogeneous cream.

Now with encircling movements we join the whipped cream and the avocado cream we have made. Once everything is homogeneous, take it out of the mold and put it on top and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
