Grate the zucchini, with or without skin. It is not necessary to drain it. Add 1 egg and seasoning to taste (pinch of salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder). We also add bread crumbs (2 spoons more or less). Mix.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Once the mixture is done, make sure it is a consistent mixture, not too liquid. Add baking paper on a baking tray, add a little EVOO and grease the paper so that it does not stick. Place the mixture and spread it in a thin layer, but without leaving holes. Give it a rectangular shape.

Bake for 10 minutes and turn over for another 3 minutes. Take out the dough and start filling it with the ingredients you like the most. In my case: sliced turkey breast, feta cheese and avocado.
