For the dough, mix the flour with the yeast and salt and add 100 ml of warm water and the oil.

Let the dough rest for about 30min

Form the pizza and put it in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°.

Add the crushed tomato and return to the oven for 5 minutes.

Add the minced meat (already pre-cooked in the pan) and the mozzarella cheese and leave for 5 minutes.

Remove the pizza from the oven when ready and add oregano on top.
