Put the quinoa in a pan with the tuna and oregano. Let it heat for 5 minutes so that the tuna is completely integrated and the flavors are mixed.

Meanwhile, in a separate dish we cut a tomato into pieces with some nuts that you like, I have used the protein mix and salt and pepper to taste. I have not used salt.

Once the quinoa and tuna are heated, put them in a dish together with the lettuce mix and mix. I have used the Gourmet from Lidl.

Add the cottage cheese. You could also use mozzarella balls instead.

Serve with bread and drink to taste. I used a slice of round bread and a small glass of white wine. Ready.
