Peel the fruits and cut them into not very large squares. Place them in a bowl and add the cinnamon. Mix and add the butter.

Place in the microwave and cook at maximum power for four minutes.

Halfway through, open and spoon in a little of the fruit with the melted butter and cinnamon.

Put the bowl with the fruit, cinnamon and butter back in the microwave. In the meantime, put some muesli in a glass.
