Sea bass with vegetables

Cut all the vegetables. Put on the baking tray with a drizzle of EVOO and salt. We put it in the oven, preheated at 180°, about 10 minutes.

While the vegetables are cooking, wash the sea bass fillets well. In a bowl put a clove of garlic in slices, salt to taste, oregano, 3 tablespoons of EVOO and pepper. Stir and put it in the microwave for 1 minute.

Take the vegetables out of the oven and put the fish on top. Pour the sauce from the bowl and put spinach on top. Put back in the oven for about 25/30 minutes. And it's ready!
