Tempeh with rice and vegetables

In a saucepan, cook the rice with the garlic and onion.

When the rice is almost done, we take the vegetables (frozen in my case) to the pan and sauté them until they are cooked and ready to eat.

Add tempeh or your favorite protein source to the vegetables and stir in the vegetable broth and soy sauce.

Let it cook and wait until all the liquid has been absorbed. Stir the mixture from time to time so that it integrates well.

In a plate or bowl serve the rice. When the vegetable and tempeh stir fry is finished, add it on top of the rice.

And to enjoy a good full meal, with carbs, loaded with protein and the micronutrients that vegetables provide. Or, as we would say in my house, a bodybuilder's lunch 💪🏼.
