Nectarine Magnum Porridge 🍑

First chop a nectarine in a bowl suitable for blending, and blend it with a blender.

In a casserole we put: - crushed nectarine - 150 ml of oat drink - 35 grams of oat flakes - 1 teaspoon of chia - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

We put the pan over high heat and when bubbles start to come out we lower the heat and do not stop stirring until we see that the porridge is done.

Transfer the porridge to an airtight container and let it warm.

Meanwhile, in a small microwave-safe bowl, chop two ounces of 85% chocolate and pour a splash of chocoavena drink on top to help it melt.

Take the container with the chocolate to the microwave, put it on medium power and heat for 20 seconds. Take it out and check that by turning it with the spoon it melts, if not, put it in for another 10/20 seconds.

Pour the melted chocolate over the porridge, using a spoon to cover the entire surface. Add chopped nuts on top to create a crunchy layer (in my case hazelnuts and almonds).

We put it in the fridge for three hours (or a whole night) and our porridge with a crunchy chocolate layer is ready 🤤.
