The wine I use is muscatel, but I can't find it in the app. It is also optional, but it gives a very rich touch to the sauce.

Chop the onion and sauté it in oil, with our favorite spices (in my case oregano and tarragon). When it becomes transparent add the peeled and chopped pears. We let them cook...

when we see that they are practically melted, add the cheese wedge in pieces, stir until it melts.

Now add the muscatel wine and let it integrate while the alcohol evaporates... a minute...

Then add the evaporated milk and mix. Let it boil for a few minutes (2-3') if we see that the mixture is thick we can add water or milk or a little more evaporated milk, to your taste. Taste and add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

We can sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top..... 😋😋😋 And it would be ready to enjoy!
