Peel and cut the apple into small pieces, add a little cinnamon and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

When it is ready, grind it and add a glass of milk, the vanilla essence and the 2 eggs. On the other hand, in another bowl add the dry ingredients which are flour, yeast and cinnamon.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients and beat at medium power for a couple of minutes.

Then we pour a tablespoon of coconut oil in the pan and make the pancakes to our taste with respect to size. When they are ready we add to taste what we want, in my case I add chocolate and some fruit.
