RECIPE: 1. We soak the dried chickpeas for 12 hours (I soak them the night before). 2. Drain the chickpeas and grind them with everything. 3. Preheat the oven to 200'. 4. On a baking dish we make small balls a little flattened. 5. Bake for 30 minutes. 6. Ready! 🤪😍

Yogurt sauce 🍶: Crush a natural yogurt with the juice of half a lemon, mint to taste, 1 clove of garlic without germ, extra virgin olive oil a tablespoon, a pinch of salt, black pepper👌🏽.
