First we make the meatballs, mixing some chopped garlic with the minced meat, some parsley, an egg, salt and pepper. Once everything is mixed, we make the balls.

Secondly, we make the sauce, fry 1 onion with a couple of cloves of garlic and 2 or 3 carrots.

When everything is well cooked we put it in the blender and grind it well, as it is very thick we add water and salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 glass of white wine and let it boil.

Finally, add a few pepper balls and the meatballs, cook for 15-20 minutes and that's it.
