Preheat the oven to 170°C. Prepare a 1.5L baking pan. Line with 2 crossed strips of baking paper and set aside.

Cut the broccoli florets very small and set aside.

Peel the carrot and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Put the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and carrot for about five minutes. Add the broccoli and let it cook for about 12 minutes until soft.

Add the evaporated milk, eggs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, oatmeal, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well integrated.

Pour the preparation into the prepared mold.

Bake for 45-50 minutes (170°C). Remove from the oven, allow to cool before unmolding, cut into portions and serve.
