Cut the sweet potato to taste (slices, sticks, wedges...). 馃毄Place the parchment paper on the baking tray and place the sweet potato on it. 馃毄Add salt, sweet paprika and oil. 馃毄Spread well with your hands and bake in the oven at 180掳C. About 35-40 min.

馃毄When there are 10 minutes left to remove the sweet potato, we start with the frying. 馃毄We heat the frying pan/griddle with a little oil. 馃毄Put salt on the side of the flake and put it on the same side of the pan when it is hot (high heat). 馃毄Salt the other part, after 5 minutes we turn it over and leave it for another 3 minutes. Cut a lemon wedge and serve.
