Boil the shrimp. It is important not to throw away the cooking water!

Puree the cauliflower in a food processor.

In a frying pan, add the oil and mushrooms until well done.

Add the shrimp and cauliflower. Add salt and oregano (and some more spices to taste, I only added these) and a little of the water from boiling the shrimp. If you add too much, the cauliflower will be too soft.

Once the water has evaporated, add the cream and let it stand to incorporate well.
