Hydrate the gelatin in cold water for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, place the oat flakes and a little milk in the serving bowl and reserve in the refrigerator.

Heat the milk in a saucepan to boiling point. Add the gelatin and stir until it melts. Add the cottage cheese and whisk until smooth.
