For the marinade mix the juice of a squeezed lemon, or failing that a few drops of lemon essence + soy sauce + onion powder + peanut powder + half a glass of water and chopped coriander. Put the fish in the mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator (the longer the better).

Heat two frying pans with a splash of olive oil, in one of them we are going to cook the fish and in the other the vegetables. Grill the fish and the vegetables as well. In my case the grill of mercadona. Serve and enjoy 😉
