Coat the breast with all the spices to taste. I use paprika, Provencal herbs, oregano....

Leave 1 night in the refrigerator to take the flavor of the spices.

Seal in a non-stick pan and add water to cook until done.

When cold, slice to taste. Sometimes I also shred it and I use it to make burritos or throw it in the pot, salad... it's delicious!!!!
