Texturized soy with vegetables

Soak the textured soybeans in a bowl with water and soy sauce (for flavor).

Wash and cut the vegetables. Add them to the pan with the melted butter. Wait a little and add three quarters of the crushed tomato and the black pepper. Cover.

When the vegetables are half cooked, add the peas and the drained textured soybeans.

Cook for a few minutes with the lid on, add the rest of the crushed tomato and cook until desired doneness.

Cut the cheese into small cubes and add while cooking the egg in a separate pan with a few drops of EVOO.
