Mix the oats, milk, chia, vanilla essence (to taste), 2 teaspoons of yogurt (reserve the rest for the topping), a teaspoon of lemon juice and a little of its zest in a separate bowl or directly in the container where you are going to eat it (in my case airtight tupper).

For the "topping", mix two tablespoons of cheese spread in the leftover yogurt, add a little lemon juice and a little lemon zest.

You can put the topping on top of the first mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours so that it takes consistency, or the other option is to let the mixture we prepared first rest and at the time of consumption add the topping on top.

Optional decorate on top with more lemon zest and a chopped cookie. Optional add a pinch of sugar to the mixture or protein powder of any flavor that may be good for you. You can also double the quantity and have breakfast for two days 😋. Enjoy!
