Mix the dry ingredients (flour, yeast and salt).

Add the previously chopped spinach, the warm water and the olive oil.

Knead everything together.

Let stand for at least 2 hours in a bowl covered with a cloth.

Knead again giving it the shape of the mold.

Decorate with seeds (you can put more inside).

Bake 45' at 180° up and down heat.

(You can cut it into slices and take out every morning the ones you are going to eat. Put them directly into the toaster).
