Preparación de la receta

1

QUICK VERSION IN THE MICROWAVE: ----------------------- 1️⃣ In a bowl suitable for microwave add the milk, cinnamon, oatmeal and finally the papaya cut into small pieces (reserve some for decoration). 2️⃣ Put the bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power. 3️⃣ After the time, take it out, stir and put it back in for 1min and 30sec more. 4️⃣ From here on it is up to each one's taste. In my case I like my porridge quite thick, that is why I reintroduce it for 30-40sec more approximately until it curdles well. But as I say, this is subjective. 5️⃣ Decorate with the reserved papaya and walnuts. Let it rest for a few minutes so as not to burn yourself and? ENJOY!🤪

2

TRADITIONAL VERSION -------------- 1️⃣ First heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. 2️⃣ After 5 minutes add the rest of the ingredients (cinnamon, oatmeal and papaya). 3️⃣ Let it cook, stirring constantly -to avoid burning- until the desired texture is obtained, in my case for about 10 minutes. 4️⃣ Serve in a bowl with more papaya on top and nuts.

3

♦️ NOTE: If you are not very fond of cinnamon, I recommend that you reduce it considerably. I like it, but the next time I make it I will use considerably less, because the flavor of the rest is lost. If not, you could add a pinch of stevia or erythritol for a sweeter flavor. As a topping I also added half a teaspoon of honey, it gave a great touch, but you could also replace it with date caramel or any other natural sweetener you like😉.
