The first thing I did was to put the oil together with the garlic and parsley in the blender and blend it.

The mixture is put in a frying pan over very high heat and about half a lemon (in juice) is added.

Wash the cuttlefish very well and cut it into pieces before putting it in the frying pan. Once the cuttlefish is chopped, add it to the frying pan.

Once the cuttlefish is in the pan, the heat is lowered to medium and covered with a lid.

It is left for two minutes over medium heat and in these two minutes it is stirred a couple of times, no more.

And it would be ready to eat. Once on the plate I add a little more lemon, but that is optional for each one.
