In a bowl, beat the 100g of egg whites and the other egg whites until stiff peaks form.

On the other hand, mix the egg yolk with the rest of the ingredients. Add the mixture obtained with the whipped egg whites, beating little by little with enveloping movements so that the egg whites do not drop.

Put the mixture on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake at 180° for about 20 minutes.

Once it is a little golden brown, take it out and turn it over. We put the ingredients we want on top of the dough and put it back in until it is ready  Enjoy!
