Let's start: First the dates, as always, add in the blender cup with a little water and heat in the microwave for a min. Then add the yogurt (**the yogurt can be replaced by a banana, if so, you can remove the dates because the banana is already quite sweet, or you can also replace the yogurt with baked apple, it is best that you make one with each and try which is your favorite version, for me the best texture is achieved with the yogurt one, but for tastes colors).

After the yogurt or its variant, we add the three tablespoons of oat flour, cocoa and egg. We beat everything with the mixer (yes, I'm a big fan of the mixer 😂) and pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl. I bought a silicone mold (in a bazaar) and it works like a charm (although for scrubbing it is a separate case 🙄).

Once in the mold, we can put pieces of dark chocolate inside (highly recommended). And we take it to the microwave for 3 minutes (no more, otherwise it will be dry, the best is when it is like a mousse). When you take it out you have to unmold, otherwise everything will stick together (be careful, it burns, do not go with anxiety).

Finally, put one or two ounces of dark chocolate and a teaspoon of coconut oil in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds (be careful, it may burn, it depends on the microwave). And once melted place in the middle of our little volcanoes.
