Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well: water (400ml), EVOO (50ml), salt to taste, wholemeal rye flour (450g) and crumbled fresh yeast (25g).

Transfer the mixture into the mold where we want to make the bread and add the pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds on top.

Bake at 170° for approximately 1:20h (the baking time will depend on each oven, so the ideal is to check with a toothpick when the bread is done).

Let it cool and enjoy it accompanying your lunches or dinners or using it for your breakfast toast! 😋
