Prepare ingredients: * Chop garlic and onion

In the paella: * With a little EVOO, cook the squid strips. * Once cooked, remove the strips to the outside of the paella and cook the prawns, add garlic powder and parsley. When they are cooked, we remove to the outside. * We fry the onion and the 3 chopped garlic cloves. When they are golden brown, let the paprika fry for about 30 seconds, and add the crushed tomato. * We mix all the ingredients of the paella. * We add the rice, (two fingers of rice in a glass of water for person, and the double of broth). We leave the rice in the paella 1 minute and we add the broth. * We put to maximum fire the broth. When it begins to boil, we add the bags of black ink and we stir 1 minute (eye, only the broth, we do not stir the rice). * Let the broth with the rice simmer for 20 more minutes. * Garnish with two strips of chives in the center.
