In the paella: * With a little EVOO, cook the squid strips. * Once cooked, remove the strips to the outside of the paella and cook the prawns, add garlic powder and parsley. When they are golden brown, let the paprika fry for about 30 seconds, and add the crushed tomato. * We mix all the ingredients of the paella. * We add the rice, (two fingers of rice in a glass of water for person, and the double of broth). We leave the rice in the paella 1 minute and we add the broth. * We put to maximum fire the broth. When it begins to boil, we add the bags of black ink and we stir 1 minute (eye, only the broth, we do not stir the rice). * Let the broth with the rice simmer for 20 more minutes. * Garnish with two strips of chives in the center.
