Hydrate the texturized soybeans for at least 15 min.

In a frying pan with a little EVOO, fry the bell pepper and mushrooms. Add salt and your favorite spices, I used oregano and a spice mix I made myself.

When they are soft, add the tomato and the texturized soybeans.

Let it suck and when it is soft, turn off the heat and serve on a pancake.

You can add cheese powder/grated cheese or whatever you like.
