Drain, peel and wash the lupins very well to remove the excess salt that comes with the canned product. 200g are already peeled and washed.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor and blend until you get a spreadable cream. If you like it smoother, you can add more yogurt.

Enjoy! It can be spread on toast, whole wheat tortillas, with carrot crudités or in salads. It is delicious!
