In a casserole we fry the leek with the oil.

When it is well poached, add the ham and heat for a couple of minutes. I cut the ham into small squares.

Add the flour and mix until it is well integrated with everything.

Add the cold milk all at once and, stirring constantly, wait until it thickens. If you want it less dense, add a little more milk.
