Grind the flour, egg, banana, cinnamon, baking powder and yogurt to make the dough.

Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little oil or butter over medium heat and make the pancakes. If you have a large frying pan or griddle, you can make several pancakes at once. The trick to make them uniform is to remove the excess oil or butter with kitchen paper, so that practically nothing is left.

Melt the ounce of chocolate in the microwave with a little milk (20ml).

Assemble the pancakes with the chocolate and the fruit of your choice. In my case blueberries and raspberries.
