Chop the carrot and dates in a food processor. Add the eggs and beat well. Add the yogurts.

Add cinnamon to taste and crushed walnuts to taste. Add the flour and yeast and mix well so that all the ingredients are integrated. You can use a mixer if you prefer.

Pour the mixture into the mold and add walnuts on top for decoration. 180⁰ in the oven 30'-35'. Let cool and enjoy!!!
