Take two slices of whole wheat bread and roll out with a rolling pin.

Dip each slice first in a mixture of milk with cinnamon and vanilla and then in the egg whites. Do this with the two slices and when they are wet, put them together.

Mash a ripe banana with a fork and place the mixture on top along with cinnamon.

Roll up and cut into two halves.

Bake the 2 rolls in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
