Grind oats

Mix solid ingredients. Oat flour, yeast, Cinnamon, and nuts.

Separate egg whites and yolks. Whip the egg whites to make it fluffier.

Mix wet ingredients. Yolks, milk, oil and date paste. Add the whipped egg whites in an enveloping way.

Grate the carrot and add to the wet ones.

Mix everything together, add a pinch of salt. Pour into a mold (20cm) with oil and a little flour so that it does not stick.

With the oven preheated, place the cake at 180 º C for about 45 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool. Unmold and serve.
