Spaghetti with cheese and truffle sauce

In a pot we put the spaghetti to cook

Chop the onion and the two cloves of garlic and cook them with a little EVOO and a pinch of salt over low heat in a frying pan. Then (I remove a little oil if it is still there) we add the beaten cheese, an egg, and a little cheese spread (this is a choice, I was to take advantage of what I had in the fridge. You can add only the beaten cheese, or only the spreadable cheese).

Mix everything well and lower the heat. Add the pepper and nutmeg and the teaspoon of truffle sauce. Mix again.

Pour on a plate and decorate with cherry tomatoes 😊.
